Meet Taylor & Will
N. 4th Penn House is the dream project of Taylor and Will — proud locals with a shared passion for crafting meaningful experiences.
Taylor brings a Hospitality Management degree and over a decade of event planning experience, creating seamless, memorable celebrations. Will brings over 20 years of construction experience, overseeing much of the renovation process and ensuring every detail aligned with the project’s vision.
Together, they’ve poured the love of their family, their creativity, and know-how into making N. 4th Penn House not just a venue, but a place built on heart, hospitality, and connection.

Our event space comfortably hosts up to 100 guests — ideal for intimate weddings, showers, parties, and corporate events.
Every rental includes thoughtful details to make your event seamless:
- 1 hour of Setup and 30 minutes of Teardown (in addition to your booked time)
- Tables and Chairs for up to 100 guests
- Linenless Cocktail Tables
- In-House Audio
- Refrigerator and Prep Area for catering setup
- Event Coordination — as much or as little support as you’d like

- Hourly rentals require a 3-hour minimum.
- Wedding rentals require a full-day booking to allow plenty of prep and time for celebration.
- All bookings include setup and teardown time plus access to all included amenities.
If a rental falls on a Sunday before a federally recognized Monday holiday, Sunday rates will match standard Saturday rates.

FAQs
There are multiple free parking options near the venue for your convenience:
- In front of the venue (N. 4th Street): 5 free street spots
- Main Street (half block south): extensive free street parking on both sides
- Fourth Street: free street parking in both directions
- City Building lot (across the street): 28 free spots after 5 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends
Please note: Do not park in the lot directly north of the venue beside the barber shop — it is private property.
N. 4th Penn House does not provide catering or beverages. You are welcome to:
- Bring your own food
- Hire a caterer of your choice
Most events require a licensed and insured bartender to serve beverages and alcohol. Self-service is available for small events.
